A UK workplace mental-health company. We build Sentio, the platform that powers Vivian and Daniel, and we hold the data governance and clinical safety beneath them.
Sentio Health builds workplace mental-health products that carry their own names. Employees talk to a brand they trust: Vivian, for women's health and menopause, and Daniel, for men's mental health. The sensing, the data governance and the clinical safety underneath are ours. We are an AI-native company, spun out of Podium Venture Studio.
Four things we hold to. Stated plainly, because the work has to back them up.
Most support arrives once things have already gone wrong. We move detection earlier, to the moment someone first reaches out.
Employees meet Vivian or Daniel, never a faceless platform. Sentio stays out of sight; the care does not.
Employers see cohort-level signal, never an identifiable individual. A mental-health platform earns its place on trust.
Sentio recomposes systems already running inside Podium Venture Studio. Each prior venture lowered the build risk.
We handle special-category health data under UK GDPR, and clinical safety is gated into how we ship. We keep the detail in one place rather than scattered across sites.
How we handle data and clinical safetySentio Health is led by founder Sanjay Wadhwani: three decades in regulated finance and sixteen years building startups, who founded one of the UK's first venture builders and launched its first SEIS fund in 2012. He is building a senior team and advisory bench across healthcare, HR, and the legal profession.
